If you purchased directly through our official website, please provide your order number or registered email address and contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in retrieving and sending you a copy of your sales receipt.
Generally, we do not accept returns without a valid reason and typically do not encourage returns. However, if the product remains unopened, is still in its original packaging, and you genuinely need to return it, we may make an exception.
