Take you on a “cloud tour” of Jiaze production line
Jiaze is a comprehensive company integrating product research and development, production, sales and service. Its main products include water purifiers, pure water machines, boiling water machines, steam machines and tea brewing machines.
Under the guidance of the production line partners, we entered the production building.
First, I went to the water heater production line. When I was heading to the welding workshop, I noticed that someone was cleaning the surface of the central tube of the water heater outside the workshop.
Out of curiosity, I asked about it. They said this step was to remove the welding marks at the junction of the center tube and the processed part, and to clean up the details within a controllable range to ensure the safety of the material usage.
The essence of dedication lies in every little detail in all these aspects. So, with the camera in hand, I captured this moment.
Once you enter the workshop, you will see the welding of the water tank for the water heater. After this step is completed, a water leakage test needs to be conducted, and only then can it be moved on to the next process.
On the test line, the neatly arranged water heaters were all connected to the power supply one by one.
Check whether the temperature display is normal. The water heater will automatically refill when it runs out of water, and the water temperature will be displayed. Also, check for any leaks. These are all the tests that each water heater must undergo. Only by passing through multiple checks can we provide customers with a more reliable quality.
As you can see right now, this is the test of the maximum water discharge volume after the water tank of the water dispenser is full.
After these routine inspections are completed, the next step will be taken. Through multiple processes such as component assembly, label application, cleaning, and packaging, the final products will be sent to various locations. Then, it will be passed on to the technicians at each branch.
While visiting the steam engine production line, I noticed that each of the several steam engines in front of me had a process of automatically spraying steam at regular intervals.
The partners of the production line explained that this is a limit test. By simulating and analyzing the product's ability to withstand external environments, and combining the data, it is possible to effectively evaluate the reliability of the product and monitor the consistency of the products on the production line.
This scene before us is a test of the steam engine's continuous operation, with automatic steam spraying. It is used to evaluate the lifespan of the machine and its key components.
Then we followed the footsteps of the production line partners and approached the tea brewing machine testing line.
Before reaching this stage, the equipment will undergo various processes such as cutting, bending, and welding. Once the tea-making assembly is completed, a series of tests will be conducted on its basic functions, heating performance, and safety features.
We stayed there and observed for a while. We found that there weren't many people on this test line.
The tester from the tea-boiling machine production line explained that in order to ensure the service life of the key components of the equipment, they arranged multiple machines to undergo long-term life tests.
Every day, the control program is used to make the tea-making machine run automatically continuously. The process of heating, steeping, and extracting tea is carried out in a cycle to ensure the product's lifespan.
So there is no need for someone to be constantly on duty here.
Jiaze's new generation smart tea brewing machine meets the demands for intelligent and standardized tea equipment in the new era. This is just a small step in Jiaze's "Internet of Everything" initiative, and it represents the initial manifestation of Jiaze's tea brewing machines entering the field of intelligent devices.
